Delivery
We begin processing orders within 12 working hours of receipt and a letter of acknowledgement will be sent to you by e-mail confirming product details followed by a full shipping schedule. For tractor mowers, we shall confirm a suitable delivery day before shipping the product.
Although we strive to provide as accurate information on shipping as we can, the delivery period stated either on the site or advised by email or verbally should be seen as a guide only and can not be viewed as the essence of any contract entered into with Roses of Devizes. We shall endeavour to notify you as soon as possible of any anticipated delay in the shipment of your product and your order may of course be cancelled at any time prior to dispatch should the wait prove unsatisfactory.
